Subprocessor Management

Adding New Subprocessors

Before engaging any new subprocessor:

• We will notify you 30 days in advance via email
• We will provide details about the subprocessor and their role
• You may object within the notice period
• If you object, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or allow termination without penalty

Subprocessor Requirements

All subprocessors must meet our strict requirements:

• Execute a Data Processing Agreement with equivalent protections
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws
• Use Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers outside the EU
• Maintain industry-standard security certifications where applicable

Our Oversight

We maintain responsibility for our subprocessors:

• Regular security and compliance reviews
• Monitoring of security incidents and breaches
• Ensuring adherence to data processing agreements
• Verifying appropriate security certifications remain current

Data Processing Locations

Our subprocessors process data in the following regions:

• EU (Germany): dfen.ai, AWS
• USA with EU SCC: Supabase, Stripe, Resend
