1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buglify.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Buglify.ai provides AI-powered automated penetration testing services for web applications, APIs, and code repositories. Our services are designed to identify security vulnerabilities and provide remediation guidance.

3. Authorized Use Only

You may only use Buglify.ai to scan applications, websites, and systems that you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorized scanning is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Legal action
• Reporting to law enforcement

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: €49 per scan or discounted credit packs
• Payments processed via Stripe
• 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchase
• No refunds after scan completion unless service failure
• Credits never expire

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities under your account
• Ensuring compliance with these Terms
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

6. Limitations of Liability

Buglify.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Damages resulting from use of our service
• Undetected vulnerabilities
• False positives or false negatives
• Third-party security breaches
• Service interruptions or downtime

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

Buglify.ai and its technology are owned by PXL Security LTD. You retain ownership of your data and scan results. We grant you a limited license to use our platform.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Buglify.ai to:

• Scan systems, applications, or networks without proper authorization
• Conduct illegal activities or violate any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use the service to attack, harm, or exploit others
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PXL Security LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Unauthorized scanning activities

13. Service Level and Uptime

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We target 99.9% uptime but are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance)
• Force majeure events
• Issues caused by third-party services
• Network or infrastructure problems beyond our control

14. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws. You may not use Buglify.ai in countries subject to EU or international sanctions without proper authorization.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@buglify.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and PXL Security LTD regarding the use of Buglify.ai.

18. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
